Service and eligibility

This draft describes a possible future United States private beta. External admission, applications, outbound invitations, and enrollment are currently closed. Any future access would require professional approval of the final legal set, independently satisfied certification gates, final Owner authorization, verified identity, MFA, and current server authorization. Participants would need to be at least 18 years old.

No advice, brokerage, or guarantee

The system does not provide personalized legal, tax, or investment advice; execute, route, clear, or custody trades; or guarantee performance. The Owner remains responsible for independent review and decisions.

Tiers, trial, and payment

Core, Pro, Elite, and Ultra are engineering catalog definitions, not an active commercial offer. Live billing, checkout, payment collection, trials, and customer enrollment are OFF. A tier never supplies market-data rights.

Customer-data boundary

Customer market data is OFF. No external customer receives real, delayed, historical, derived, or redistributed market data. Owner-private data rights remain separate. NOVA Quant/HFT and other Owner-only capabilities remain unavailable to customers.

Suspension and termination

Access may be suspended or revoked for security, privacy, licensing, legal, or operational reasons. Authentication cannot restore revoked authority.
