Market Data Disclosure

Market-data access: Alpaca Basic market data is active only for the authorized Owner inside the research workspace. Browser and CDN responses remain no-store. Customer access, redistribution, brokerage, orders, and execution remain disabled.

Confirmed Owner-private rights

Written Alpaca support confirmations permit an approximately 15-second private IEX response cache; private retention of raw and normalized U.S. stock/ETF IEX observations for up to 45 days; and encrypted backups plus non-reversible derived analytics, forecasts, forecast outcomes, calibration, performance measurements, and backtesting records for up to 366 days. Technical indicators, predictions, forecasts, and backtesting based on Alpaca/IEX data are permitted for the Owner's private analysis.

Termination and attribution correction

Alpaca confirmed that no attribution label is required for this private display and that it imposes no post-termination deletion deadline: raw observations, cached copies, private backups, derived analytics, forecasts, outcomes, calibration, and backtesting records may be maintained indefinitely. NovaBastion still applies its shorter 45-day and 366-day operational expiry controls unless a separately certified policy changes them; terminating provider access no longer causes an unsupported 24-hour or seven-day purge.

Feed boundary

Current observations use explicit IEX data. Eligible completed historical data can use the Alpaca Basic SIP history available outside the latest unavailable 15-minute window. IEX is a single exchange and is not consolidated SIP/NBBO or complete U.S. market coverage. Every result carries exact feed, source, and freshness context, and unvalidated observations are never described as current.

Synthetic evaluation

First-party fixtures are labeled SIMULATED / SYNTHETIC — NOT LIVE MARKET DATA. Fictional symbols and scenario timestamps are used to evaluate onboarding, dashboards, Replay, isolation, alerts, and support. Synthetic output is not a real signal.

Rights authority

Every real-data response requires an active provider and dataset policy, permitted use, account entitlement, user classification and geography where applicable, cohort coverage, current policy revision, and inactive kill switches. Owner status does not override legal rights.

Provenance and failure

NovaBastion continues to identify the provider, feed, time/freshness, rights revision, and transformation context as a product-transparency control even though private attribution is not contractually required. Provider failures fail closed; NovaBastion does not silently substitute a provider with different licensing or blend synthetic and real data.

Owner restrictions

The confirmed permission is personal and private. It does not authorize customer or public display, redistribution, sublicensing, brokerage, orders, or execution. Smart TA, indicators, support/resistance, Fibonacci, patterns, predictions, forecasts, outcome calibration, and backtesting are allowed only inside the governed Owner-private boundary.

Unavailable public and execution services

External accounts, customer SIP or OPRA access, NOVA Quant™, HFT, broker connectivity, Smart Order Routing, paper or shadow execution, autonomous trading, and live trading are not active.
